Amy Scalia loves storytelling, and she does so as an entrepreneur, TV personality, influencer, and writer.
In 2007, she founded Cincy Chic, an online lifestyle publication for women in Greater Cincinnati, which now has more than 32,000 opt-in subscribers from across the Tri-State, and six years later launched its sister publication Cbus Chic.
In 2011, she joined Sinclair Broadcast Group to host on-air and digital segments ranging from small business features to internationally-recognized cancer research. She’s also a freelance writer for Columbus-based LBrands (Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Pink, UpWest).
Her major life accomplishments include: being a mom of three amazing kiddos (after battling infertility for years), being a “40 Under 40” recipient from the Cincinnati Business Courier, winning the “Best New Product/Service of the Year” Award from the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, a national Web-writing award from ASHPE and national feature writing award from ASBPE, and running three Flying Pig Marathons.
